Our Bullock Island Navy Strength Gin is distilled using the one shot method with a shot of our very own pre-whisky added making this a lovely Dutch Style Gin. As we used pre-whisky from our Scotch Ale anniversary brew we only have a very tiny batch of this gin available annually. At 57% this is to be enjoyed with soda or on ice.
