This is our very own award winning small batch barrel-aged (in a tiny 20lt French Oak Barrel, no less) rum. If you like spiced rum - this is NOT for you because no spices have been added, just some sweet pineapple for flavour. Matched with the label design of local artistic talent Jerry Ray, it doesn't get any more Novocastrian than this little beauty.
