The Limbic system is often referred to as the emotional part of the brain. With this gin, we explore these emotions with the use of botanicals. This is the first of a series of gins created to invoke emotions, memory, feelings and physical responses. This is a floral gin with a traditional Juniper base, which is then blended with Chrysanthemum, Chamomile, Sugar Plum, Sunrise Limes and Lavender. Pour, smell, sip and enjoy!
