The Limbic system is often regerred to as the emotional part of the brain, here we explore these emotions with the use of botanicals, creating a series of gins to invoke emotions, memory, feelings and physical responses. This is the first of that series being Floral Gin with a traditional Juniper base which is then blended with Chrysanthemum, Chamomile, Sugar Plum, Sunrise Limes and Lavender..... pour, smell, sip enjoy!
